SAN ANTONIO — New information on the La Vernia High School sexual assault and hazing scandal.

Four former students were indicted for allegedly assaulting several young student athletes.

Dustin Norman's attorney believed the two-year long investigation would exonerate his client.

“Dustin is innocent. He did not do anything wrong he did not do anything criminal,” said Alfonso Cabañas, who added he is looking forward to an arraignment date when his client can plead not guilty.
